1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and SCRUB HUB LLC (the service provider) for all residential and commercial cleaning services provided in St. George, Utah, and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

SCRUB HUB LLC agrees to provide professional cleaning services as requested at the time of booking. The specific tasks performed will align with the selected service package (Basic, Standard, Premium, or Custom). We reserve the right to amend our service offerings and pricing at our discretion.

3. Service Requests & Contracts

All inquiries made through this website are considered "Service Requests." A booking is only considered confirmed once SCRUB HUB LLC has reviewed the request, confirmed availability, and both parties have executed a formal Service Contract. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Once a contract is signed, the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined in that specific contract will take effect.

4. Payments

SCRUB HUB LLC does not collect payments directly through this website. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be clearly outlined in your formal Service Contract. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees as described in your signed agreement.

5. Liability and Damages

While we treat your home and office with the utmost care, accidents occasionally happen. SCRUB HUB LLC is fully insured. If a breakage or damage occurs due to our negligence, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item. We request that all highly fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items be secured prior to our arrival. SCRUB HUB LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or improper installation of household items.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from SCRUB HUB LLC relating to your service requests, quotes, scheduling, reminders, and occasional updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. For assistance, you may reply "HELP".

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Utah.
